Lots of Experience
to Share from All Over the World
As, cohosts, we bring a ton of international education experience into the discussion. Each one of us has taught in multiple countries and worked in multiple schools. Our goal is to share this wonderful experience and spread the "Best-kept Secret in Education".

Hannah Loney is a proud expat mom and lifelong third culture kid who’s been living between worlds long before it was trendy. She’s raising her own globally mobile kids while juggling passports, plug adapters, and at least three time zones at any given moment. She has lived and taught in Brazil, Kuwait, Pakistan, and Texas (which she’s convinced is basically its own country separate from the United States). She loves talking about identity, belonging, and the beautiful chaos of raising third culture kids — because for her, “Where’s home?” has never had a simple answer.
DARIAN

Darian is the recent "family guy". He is currently working in Saudi Arabia. His wife is also an elementary teacher. They have three kids but Darian chimes in once in a while with his viral laughter and excellent questions.
JAQUELINE

Jacqueline brings a single with no dependents point of view as well as her experience as teacher and admin across several continents. She's "the boss" of the show - but won't admit it.
KENT

Joined 10.20.2022
Kent has experience as a standup comedian, elementary teacher, metal worker, tennis star, and may even know how to knit. Package that into a bundle of energy equal to a nuclear power plant and that's just part of Kent.
MATT

CO-FOUNDER
The original "family guy", Matt is a cofounder of the show. When he isn't at a baseball game starring one of his four kids or training corporate execs (sort of like elementary teaching) he joins our show. His presence is rarer every year.
GREG

CO-FOUNDER
Greg "the Single Guy" created the show with Matt after Matt asked "how do we do a podcast?" He has taught around the world and thrives at Job Fairs for International educators. He is still single - maybe because he is always underwater (diving).
Some Reactions from Our Guests

I was so nervous coming onto the show! I had never done a podcast before. During the show, it was sooo much fun! Thank you so much ITP.
I just finished listening to "ITP-33 Lindsay Leaves Budapest for Bangkok!." It's the third or fourth episode I've listened to and I just want to thank you for providing a window into a world I wish I had encountered 25 years ago.
What a fantastic life-style. Listening to your podcasts is so inspiring because your life experiences feature two of my loves, teaching and travel. So obvious and yet it never occured to me! And I love the idea of spending a number of years at one location and then moving across the globe to another. What joy and what challenge. I so enjoy listening to your podcast and knowing that you (all) are out there living that life. Bravo!
